Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at our established wine farm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records while supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash transactions and reconciliations.
• Process and reconcile company credit card transactions.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including:
  • Raising customer and tenant invoices.
  • Sending account statements.
  • Following up on overdue accounts and collections.
• Manage Accounts Payable, including:
  • Capturing supplier invoices.
  • Reconciling supplier accounts.
  • Resolving supplier queries.
