Our Role
The Qualification Pathways Specialist provides strategic and operational leadership across Vocational and Higher Education pathways, including Early Career Teacher (ECT) Upskill programs, traineeships, and funded learning initiatives.

You will manage end‑to‑end program delivery - from establishing partnerships with education providers to overseeing compliance, funding, learner support, and pathway performance.
