At the forefront of Europe’s photonics innovation, TNO is building a state-of-the-art pilot line for Indium Phosphide (InP) photonic chips at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. This unique environment brings together advanced cleanroom facilities, complex infrastructure, hazardous materials, and multidisciplinary teams, making Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) absolutely vital for safe, reliable, and scalable operations. To strengthen and safeguard this foundation, we are looking for a QSHE Coordinator for the Pilot Line. In this role, you support the management of the Pilot Line organisation in ensuring full compliance with legislation, permits, and the TNO Management System, while actively driving a strong QSHE culture in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
