• Coordinates well with ALL the PM, Designer, Commercial Manager and other QS for all necessary works to be accomplish by the QS Team
• Leads the Project QS Team accordingly in all works required
• Strategize, Monitors and Scrutinized the Works of Project QS Team
• Able to do Commercial Necessary reports
• Prepares Cost Plan in Various Stages
• Represent the QS Team in absence of Commercial Manager
• Reports & Closely coordinates with the PM, Commercial Manager & Designer regarding QS work related Concerns
• Prepares Cost data base for ALL Trades
• Supervised and Manage the Project QS Teams in all Aspects
• Review plans and specifications, and checking of design related queries for the completion of cost estimates.
• Do Quantity Take-Offs when required / Project QS Team needed.
