Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from drawings & specs
  • Perform quantity take-offs for fit-out works (civil, finishes, joinery)
  • Prepare cost estimates & budgets
  • Handle tendering & subcontractor comparison
  • Monitor project costs vs budget
  • Prepare:
  • Interim valuations
  • Variations & claims
  • Final accounts
  • Evaluate subcontractor payments
  • Coordinate with site, design & procurement teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
  • 2–5 years experience in fit-out projects (UAE preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Interior finishes
  • Joinery works
  • Basic MEP
  • Proficient in AutoCAD & Excel
