Qualifications
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar environment (Reliability lab)
- Basic understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes
- Knowledge of different REL machines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Lead the REL monitoring team
- Understand the reliability process flow, including REL monitoring, evaluation of hold lots or line issues, and qualification lots
- Load and unload different REL machines
- Perform assigned legwork without supervision
- Train colleagues on basic REL machine operation
- Prepare and provide reports
- Communicate with internal customers
- Prepare loading plans
- Prepare reports for Qual, RTC, and Eval
