Q&R Reliability Technician (F07 Approved HC)

Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling related tasks in a similar environment (Reliability lab).
• Basic understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes.
• Knowledge of different REL machines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the REL monitoring team.
• Know and understand the reliability process flow, including REL monitoring, evaluation of hold lots or line issues, and qualification lots.
• Load and unload different REL machines.
• Perform legwork assigned without supervision.
• Train colleagues on basic REL machine operation.
• Prepare and provide reports.
• Communicate with internal customers.
• Prepare loading plans.
• Prepare reports for Qual, RTC, and Eval.
