QMS Technician

This person will be responsible for the corrective action process, the internal audit process, and the document control process. Responsibilities: Maintain and revise Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions as necessary to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards. Facilitate review and disposition of updates to Quality Management System procedures and work instructions. Train process owners of the QMS procedures and work instructions on the proper content and level of detail in each type of document to ensure consistency across the QMS. Create, coordinate, and facilitate all internally issued corrective actions with assignees. Assist manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams in determining effective corrective actions. Verify completed corrective actions are effective in preventing the reoccurrence of the original problem and root causes.
