Job Description
Oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) across the company, including organizational accreditations.
Maintain and update all manuals, procedures, and work instructions to ensure they remain appropriate for the organization.
Coordinate the review of procedures and work instructions across various departments as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
Auditing & Compliance
- Organize and manage internal audit systems, as well as external audits conducted by customers and accreditation bodies.
- Manage the closure of non-conformance reports and Corrective Action Reports (CAR) from internal, surveillance, and external audits in a timely manner.
- Perform gap analysis based on Customer Change Board (CCB) changes regarding QMS, EMS, and NADCAP requirements, then cascade that information to stakeholders.
