Roles & Responsibility:

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.).

Support internal audits, management reviews, and document control activities.

Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and process flow diagrams.

Monitor and ensure adherence to QMS standards in production and testing processes.

Coordinate with departments for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit findings or customer complaints.
