Job Overview :

  • Process daily incoming customer specification, download and acknowledgement receipt,
  • Customer Spec register / obsolete, assign internal reviewer and follow up on reviewer response, compliance reporting to customer, forward reviewer disagreement comments to customer / gap analysis submission to customer & follow up
  • Customer spec review closure follow up
  • Maintain, control and housekeeping On-line Customer Spec system
  • Ensure smooth and timely incoming and outgoing documents, updates in the system and document preparation during audit.
  • Ensure the latest version of relevant procedures and formats are available to the users concerned.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the Document Control system.
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • To play the role of Quality System Document Controller.
