Leading RBHP/QMM for overall Quality Management functions of RBHP.

• Internal quality management for all products manufactured in RBHP and plant-plant products.
• Preventive quality management: Quality assurance plan for product releases (incl. process and MAE releases) and changes. 
• Series quality management: processing internal and external customer claims
• Plant to plant quality management.
• Maintain and improve QM system including internal and external system audit and process audits.
• Promotion and assessment of Q-methods (Problem solving, 8D, Shainin, FMEA, SPC, QAM, etc.…).
• Management of all customer related quality topics, for example Complaint management, negotiation and decision about corrective actions with customer, managing customer audits / visits and quality management of trading parts.
