The Opportunity

We’ll be responsible for shaping and embedding a best-in‑class QHSSE culture, ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations and driving continuous improvement across all operational sites. This is a high‑impact, strategic role with strong visibility across leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading QHSSE strategy across all Spanish operations
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISAGO, ICAO & IATA standards
  • Driving risk management, incident investigation & corrective actions
  • Leading internal & external audits and regulatory engagement
  • Developing Business Continuity Plans & Emergency Response Plans
  • Delivering training, awareness, and cultural change programmes
  • Acting as the Aviation Security lead (PNS compliance)
