Summary

A QCS Assistant facilitate the administration of the quality, compliance and sustainability functions, collate and verify documentation, and update all systems & trackers as required.

Responsibilities

QCS Administration

  • Create documentation for QC inspection bookings
  • Update internal systems (e.g. SAP and Monday.com) as required
  • Create QC bookings as needed
  • Prepare and review quality documentation for suppliers (inspection reports, assembly instructions, carton markings, barcodes etc.)
  • Handle administration of QCS trackers as needed
  • Assist with inventory and order request of spare parts as needed
  • Review all timber compliance documents prior to submitting for review
  • Capture, record and audit all packaging data from suppliers
  • Quality Improvement (Administration)
