QC Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field.
• with 3–4 years QC experience in cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA/ICH guidelines, laboratory testing, and OOS/CAPA management.
• Proven leadership, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.

Job Description

• Supervise QC laboratory operations for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, SOPs, and data integrity requirements
• Review and approve test results, COAs, and QC documentation.
• Lead investigations for OOS, deviations, and customer complaints, implementing CAPA
• Train QC staff and coordinate with Production, QA, and R&D teams.

Applicant must be willing to work in San Pablo City, Laguna.
