We are representing a leading integrated electronics and plastics manufacturer.
Position Title : QC/QA Manager
As the QC/QA Manager, youll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing robust Quality Control procedures
- Setting and achieving departmental productivity and quality goals
- Leading root-cause analysis and resolution of quality issues (in-house & customer)
- Overseeing Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Packing Standards, and QA documentation
- Acting as Quality Management Representative (QMR) and EHS Representative, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 & ISO 13485
- Coordinating audits, emergency meetings, and external liaison for quality systems
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of quality engineers
- Managing departmental budgets, resources, and performance reviews
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science
