Responsibilities

:
The Quality Control Manager will lead the quality control department, ensuring that our products meet both internal and external quality standards, industry regulations with a strong focus on Nuclear standard, and customer expectations.Safety
  • Ensure Safe operations for QC Operators and contribute to eliminate unsafe conditions in area of responsibility.
  • Deploy 5S Standard.
    • Management
  • Act as a key ambassador to develop Quality awareness throughout DM organization following standards defined at Dextra Group level.
  • Lead local QC team to deliver outstanding quality products and services to DM customers.
  • Monitor and report company quality KPI (complaints, non-conformities, rejected raw materials, rejected finished goods).
  • Manage his team to achieve company objectives in terms of quality and customer satisfaction.
