Syngenta Crop Protection, based in Brits, South Africa, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead day‑to‑day lab and production quality activities in compliance with ISO 9001/17025 and Syngenta’s QMS. You will oversee analytical operations, manage analysts, ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment, and drive continuous improvement across QA processes on site.

You will liaise with production plants, develop local methods, train staff, and ensure reporting accuracy in electronic systems
