QC INSPECTOR

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, test activities and record data as per Quality Procedures and/or Work Instructions.
• Highlight any non-conformance found immediately to Functional Head (Production)/Production Assistant and immediate superior.
• Ensure inspection, measuring and test equipment under his control are in good condition and are maintained properly.
• Assist Functional Head (Production) on quality issues.
• Execute strictly as per Quality Plan and/or Inspection and Test Plan.
• Maintain day-to-day operation of the Mechanical and Chemical Laboratories.
• Prepare inspection and test specimens for third party inspections.
• Carry out any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• Experience: In-house dimensional inspection, mechanical & chemical tests.
