QC Inspector

Job Description:
. Microbiology test including environmental control, raw material and finished product test
. Responsible from the incoming raw material, packaging material, pre-weight raw material, in-process product control till final product control
. Lab, retention room and pre-weight room maintenance of inventory, equipment, items and cleanliness
. Maintain and operate DI water system
. Pre-weight process monitoring and checking
. Responsible for in charge of retention sample, SDS and COA creation and modification
. If receive any customer complain regarding the product, QC will need to assist on trouble shooting or testing for product improvement
. Support internal audit and external audit for GMP, ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001
. GMP and ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
. Create, update and maintain SAP system
