QC In-Charge 
Location: Thrissur
Qualification:M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, or a related field.

Salary: 3.5 LPA – 6.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise quality control activities for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and other applicable food safety regulations.
- Monitor critical quality parameters such as pH, moisture, texture, weight, appearance, and shelf life.
- Conduct routine inspections of production, packaging, and storage areas.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Review and maintain quality records, SOPs, batch documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure consistent product quality.
