Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks an Associate Director for Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs to lead strategic and operational initiatives across Latin America. This role requires 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs within regulated industries, especially in medical devices.

Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, with a preference for Portuguese. Applicants should also possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and experience in multi-country QARA portfolios.
