QAQC Manager

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management plans for construction projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety protocols
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
• Analyse inspection and testing data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality assurance best practices
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support quality control processes
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and clients to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations
