10+ years of experience in Quality with Residential/Commercial building projects

Ensures projects meet quality standards, building codes, and specifications by developing, implementing, and monitoring project-specific QA/QC plans. Key roles include conducting site inspections (RCC, masonry, finishing), material testing, managing non-conformance reports (NCRs), coordinating with consultants, and overseeing final handover documentation. 

  • Quality Management System Implementation: Developing and enforcing quality assurance policies, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and project-specific procedures.
  • Site Inspections and Audits: Conducting regular site inspections for structural, civil, and finishing works to identify defects.
  • Material Quality Control: Verifying incoming materials (cement, steel, bricks, , reviewing test certificates, and arranging third-party laboratory testing.
