QA/QC Manager The QA/QC Manager will lead the development and execution of quality control programs across data center construction projects in Boydton, VA. This role focuses on Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes, ensuring that all work meets rigorous quality standards and client expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to implement structured quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance through all phases of construction and commissioning. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or similar field, or equivalent experience Strong Civil and Structural construction QAQC background Experience in Data Center or mission‐critical construction Experience with QA/QC processes in construction or MEP‐focused projects.
