• CQCs ensures compliance with the plans, specification and contractual provisions for the project. Also CQCs coordinates and monitors review, approval and testing as required by the specification and contracts.
• Performs inspection activities according to the application plans & specification.
• Inspects all structural and architectural related works during the construction stage.
• Prepare punch list report for structural and architectural works during the construction stage.
• Closely monitors ratification to be done discrepancies noted in quality of workmanship.
• Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation.
• Monitoring of materials / testing before the installation.
• Ensure that all incoming materials, fabricated are in full compliance with the required specification and standard.
