Job Description
Job Purpose:
Monitor all inspection work to ensure adherence to the standard and project specification (Tankage / Piping / Structure / Mechanical) as well as to complete the job with engineering quality standard and codes.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for effective execution of approved inspection test plans.
Monitor and supervise daily QA/QC works - Tankage / Piping / Structure / Mechanical at the site.
Monitor NDT / PWHT status to ensure no backlog prior delivery to site.
Witness and inspect the project materials and arrange for inspection.
Liaise with QA / QC engineers, clients or sub-contractors for site QC plan implementation.
Perform and witness daily QC activities and testings to ensure they are as per ITP and project requirement.
Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements to comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
