Job description

  • Inspects and certifies that all incoming construction materials and goods delivered to the job site comply with the approved submittals.
  • Prepares standardized quality procedures on construction management activities and inspection criteria /checklist which shall be implemented in the job site.
  • Conducts inspection on all construction works (precast, formworks and concreting) performed on a continual basis for compliance with the current drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledgeable on process review and documentation flowcharting.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
