qa/qc engineer

This is an on-site role for QA/QC Engineer located in Santa Maria, Bulacan. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that a project, product, or service meets established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on Quality Assurance - preventing defects through process management, and Quality Control - detecting defects through testing and inspection.

Responsibilities

Quality Planning: Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans

Site Inspections: Conduct regular field inspection to verify the workmanship and materials align with approved drawing and technical specifications.

Testing & Validation: Oversee and witness essential test, such as Concrete Slump Test, Hydro/pneumatic pressure test.

Non-Conformance Management: Identify deviations from standards, issue NCR, and lead root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions.
