Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, method statements, and applicable standards (ISO 9001, local codes, etc.)
  • Conduct site inspections and audits for MEP and CSA works
  • Coordinate inspections and tests with contractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives
  • Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation
  • Monitor installation and workmanship quality throughout construction and commissioning phases
  • Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and preventive actions to closure
  • Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) where required
