Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming marble blocks, slabs, and raw materials.
- Monitor production processes including cutting, polishing, edge profiling, and finishing.
- Ensure products comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections before delivery.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Identify quality defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, factory, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper handling, packing, and storage of finished marble products.
- Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments.
- Participate in client and consultant inspections.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality procedures and company standards.
- Maintain quality documentation and records.
