QA Training Specialist

The L&D QA Training Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening the technical, behavioral, and professional capabilities of Testronic Manila’s Quality Assurance (QA) workforce. This role is responsible for delivering structured onboarding, technical training, compliance programs, and continuous development initiatives aligned with global standards, operational requirements, and HR objectives.

The position supports the growth and readiness of QA Testers, Analysts, Associate Test Leads (ATLs), and project teams through structured learning programs, coaching, training analytics, and process-driven development. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on QA experience and certification readiness (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent) to ensure training quality meets global benchmarks.
