QA Technician

We are currently recruiting for a QA Technician to join our Bromborough Technical Team.

Working Hours: 5 days out of 6 days - 0700 1530 Day Shift

The purpose of the role is to ensure that all products meet integrity and specification requirements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

• Ensure that one-page specs for products are on the line prior to start up
• Responsible for changing the threshold on metal detectors. 
• Responsible for conducting fat tests for the Mince line only. 
• Conducting various pre and postproduction checks, including Gas, average weight, metal detector, finish product, pre-despatch and despatch  
• Daily calibration checks of probes 
• Responsible for taking lab samples and conducting meat content analysis.
