Roles & Responsibility

• Perform dimensional measurements and visual checking on testing part using suitable measuring equipment eg. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) or Smart Scope (SS) as well as standard measuring equipment.
• Establish functional / realibility / fitting test refer to requirement
• Preparation of PQS and DQS for all new parts.
• Perform buy-off new parts.
• Perform to attend mould testing for new parts.
• Preparation of new product file.
• Ensure information on quality issues are conveyed to IPQA & OQA before commencement of mass production.
• Ensure instrument accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure that measuring equipment used are appropriate and calibrated on a timely basis.
• Coordinate on external & internal calibration
• Perform internal calibration / verification on equipment & jig
• Perform housekeeping duty as required.
