Job Function Performs visual, dimensional and functional inspection of packaging components, in-process material and finished products as part of the manufacturing process. Audits production records and maintains QA inspection records. Reports nonconformance to the QA Manager and production. Initiates accept, hold or reject activities for products. Prepares documentation and samples to be sent to customers for evaluation and release of the product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs line checks to insure conformance to customer and specification requirements. Perform inspection of raw materials/packaging components used on the production line. Completes documents/records following cGMP documentation practices. Performs statistical sampling following ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 sampling requirements.
