What You’ll Do
Quality System & Procedure Integration
- Lead the end-to-end integration and harmonization of Quality System procedures, processes, and supporting systems across sites and functions.
- Oversee the development, revision, approval, and deployment of SOPs and controlled documents aligned with enterprise QMS standards.
- Ensure procedural changes are translated into clear operational practices and role-based expectations.
- Partner with Quality System Owners to define current-state gaps and future-state Quality System architectures.
- Serve as the execution owner for Quality System procedure changes, ensuring documents are not only updated, but embedded through training, adoption verification, and sustained operational use.
Program & Execution Leadership
- Lead execution of assigned Quality System integration workstreams within larger integration programs.
