Responsibilities : Quality Supervisor manages a team of Quality Inspectors and leads. Develops, implements and maintains the activities of quality control systems with respect to quality inspectors. Oversees implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting company products. Makes recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications. Provides timely feedback to engineering team in order to improve quality documents and training. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure all quality policies and training are followed.
