Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Dairy Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within a food manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in dairy processing environments involving Whey processing, butter manufacturing, blending, and value-added dairy products
- Working knowledge of FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems
- Understanding of membrane technologies and their application within food or dairy processing environments
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and preventative quality systems
- Exposure to mixing and formulation of value-added dairy products will be advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
