Job Description

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Dairy Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within a food manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in dairy processing environments involving Whey processing, butter manufacturing, blending, and value-added dairy products
  • Working knowledge of FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems
  • Understanding of membrane technologies and their application within food or dairy processing environments
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and preventative quality systems
  • Exposure to mixing and formulation of value-added dairy products will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
