Job Description
Minimum Requirements
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Dairy Technology, or related field
Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within a food manufacturing environment
Proven experience in dairy processing environments involving Whey processing, butter manufacturing, blending, and value-added dairy products
Working knowledge of FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems
Understanding of membrane technologies and their application within food or dairy processing environments
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and preventative quality systems
Exposure to mixing and formulation of value-added dairy products will be advantageous
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
