Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspection of incoming, stored, and outgoing products to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and overall cold storage conditions to maintain cold chain integrity.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, compliance documents, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to resolve quality issues.
- Investigate product deviations, complaints, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Food Technology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
- With at least 2 years QA experience (preferably in cold storage, logistics, or food industry).
- Knowledgeable in food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prepare accurate reports.
- Physically fit and willing to work in cold storage conditions.
