QA Specialist II

Title: QA Specialist II Location: Des Plaines, IL Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities Performs visual, dimensional, and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures and records the results as prescribed. Assists engineering in providing manufacturing support by reviewing and analyzing data to determine manufacturing issues and trends. Assists engineering on incoming tools and equipment qualification activities. Reviews and dispositions non-conforming material by utilizing tools and by developing knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures. Documents non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review System and leads investigations. Operates all associated test and measurement equipment as instructed and as documented in procedures. Completes and prioritizes work activities independently. Provides technical input to complex projects. Participates in cross-functional teams.
