QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists for solar plant construction and commissioning. Conduct inspections of solar modules, inverters, transformers, electrical systems, and civil works to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test certificates, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Ensure adherence to Qatar Energy requirements, ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and local regulatory codes. Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues. Inspect and verify materials, equipment, and components delivered to site against approved specifications. Identify, document, and track NCRs; implement corrective and preventive actions.
