Role Summary

Runs the QA audit program that verifies SOP critical-step compliance, finds systemic defects, and feeds coaching, RCA, and CAPA with clean evidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain standardized rubrics per ops function and service line, with “critical step” pass/fail clarity.
  • Operate QA sampling plans and hit audit coverage targets per 100 work items.
  • Publish weekly QA insights: top defects, root patterns, and recommended CAPAs.
  • Work with Enablement to convert QA findings into updated training and SOP improvements.
