Job Description
Responsibility: To ensure effective execution of food safety and quality assurance programs on the production floor; to monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), Operational PRPs (OPRSs), hygiene, labeling, and documentation; to act as the shift-level QA representative for production zones (clean area, dirty area, and morning shift) and to support issue escalation, corrective actions, traceability, and internal/external audit preparation.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in QA/QC roles within the food manufacturing sector preferred. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- HACCP training or certification preferred.
- Familiar with FSSC 22000, GMP, VHM, QMS, and Food Regulations 1985.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, documentation and reporting skills.
