QA Officer

About the Role
Our client, a major operator within the Australian power generation sector, is seeking an experienced QA Officer to support an upcoming maintenance overhaul at their Central Queensland site. The role begins with planning and pack preparation before transitioning into full execution-phase QA activities. You’ll work closely with multiple contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure all quality requirements are met across mechanical and instrumentation work fronts.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and review workpacks, ITPs, and inspection documentation in the early setup phase.
• Conduct equipment walkdowns, focused inspections, and audits during execution.
• Manage NCRs, punchlists, and quality registers to ensure timely closeout.
