industry. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of expertise
in ensuring product excellence, compliance with industry standards,
and continuous improvement of quality processes. Strong knowledge
of quality assurance practices and effective English communication
skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the
Quality Assurance department for furniture manufacturing
operations. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management
systems aligned with industry standards Establish and monitor
quality control procedures across production lines. Conduct audits,
inspections, and root cause analyses to address quality issues.
Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to
ensure product consistency and durability. Train and mentor staff
on quality standards and best practices. Drive continuous
