The Quality Manager’s responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will supervise a team to implement quality measures.

A successful Quality Manager should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.

Customers

  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with customers’ requirements.
  • Responsible for engaging with the customers and gathering product feedback.
  • Responsible for ensuring 8D reports are standard and are submitted on time to the customer.
  • Responsible for managing and approving customers’ First Article Submissions.

Vendors

  • Responsible for auditing and managing vendors’ quality.
