YOUR ROLE

QA Manager in manufacturing is responsible to ensure product, processes and system meet customer requirements and company quality target.

  • Lead Quality management system (QMS) and Manage QA engineers
  • Ensure compliance with standard ISO9001, IATF, customer requirement
  • Handle internal & external audit
  • Drive continuous improvement (Yields, Defect reduction etc)
  • Manage customer complaint, 8D, CAPA
  • Lead risk assessment and change management
  • Support new product/process qualification
  • Work closely with production, process, planning etc
  • Ensure documentation, SOPs, control plan, FMEA, SPC are maintained

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Degree in Engineering or sciences
  • 5 years
  • Leadership & Communication
  • Problem solving, 5 why, fishbone, 8D
  • SPC/MSA
  • Audit management, Certified VDA 6.3, IATF 16949
