Job Description

Businesslist is seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Management professional in Penang to lead the QA team and ensure manufacturing quality across products. You will develop policies, conduct audits, and drive root-cause analyses with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in QA/QM within manufacturing, familiarity with ISO/Six Sigma/Lean, and strong leadership and communication skills. English and Mandarin proficiency is expected.
