Job Overview

The Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager will develop, implement and maintain policy and procedures, to ensure compliance with local, federal and industry regulations and certifications. The FSQA manager will provide oversight to FSQA Supervisors to maintain adherence to all FSP and QMS programs. Additionally, the FSQA manager will provide support for training and competency towards all food safety or quality related trainings for the factory team.


Job Responsibilities


+ Lead the FSQA department in the efforts to ensure raw materials and packaged products meet GLC and customer specifications.

+ Develop, implement, review and maintain programs that support food safety fundamentals in cooperation with corporate FSQA management

+ Communicate to relevant personnel all information essential to the effective implementation and maintenance of quality audit processes such as the SQF System.
